Unit was as described with all the amenities needed. All golf courses only a few minute drive and plenty of restaurants within and just outside Palmetto Dunes. Would gladly stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Hilton Head Island in the fall for a few years now, have stayed in many different places but Palmetto Dunes has become our favourite due to The Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center. 679 Queens Grant was a great place to stay as it was a bike ride to PB & Tennis plus shopping, restaurants and coffee. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big and well stocked. Communication was excellent and the condo was an easy bike ride to the beach. The only slight disappointment was the proximity of the street as it caused some traffic noise when we were on the deck, but not in the condo. We would not hesitate to stay in Queens Grant again and really enjoyed our stay.

Every bedroom had an oceanfront view. The villa was very clean, updated, had vaulted ceilings that made it feel open and spacious, and my favorite is the spiral staircase outside leading up to the second floor huge balcony with really nice outdoor lounge chairs facing the ocean! It was very relaxing and I am looking forward to staying there again!

Had a few plumbing issues that you were able to address as they arose. However, I did not appreciate receiving a $100 parking ticket (with no warning) for having 2 tires off the pavement of driveway, when we had trouble fitting 5 cars with passes on driveway space.
